Q.   What is Nutrition Membership?

A.   Nutrition Membership is an advanced form of nutrition using a wrap-around model of value-
            based nutrition care that puts clients first. Clients are at the centre of their care cycle and
            wrapped around them are unlimited resources ( membership benefits ) that will help them
            become proactive towards their health goals.
 

Q.   What sets TNC apart from other practices?

A.   We are pioneers.  The Nutrition Clinic is at the forefront of value-based nutrition care.  Value
            based nutrition care represents a drive for improved client health outcomes at lower cost. We
            live in a world where people are stressed, obesity is on the rise and health statistics are
            skyrocketing out of control, therefore the demand for value-based nutrition care is increasing as
            well.  Nutrition is our main field of expertise and we are very good at it!

Q.   Does TNC accept health insurance?

A.   Yes.  We are healthcare providers for Southern Cross Healthcare Society who reimburse their
           members between $250 - $440 per claims year for consultations with a Registered Clinical
           Nutritionist.  We are currently accepting Southern Cross Health Essentials, Ultra Care and
           Bodycare Module.  Be sure to check with Southern Cross Healthcare first for eligibility.

Q.   Do I need a referral from my doctor?

A.   You don't always need a referral from your GP to get help from other kinds of Health
            Professionals.  And you do not need a doctor's referral to see a Registered Clinical Nutritionist at
            The Nutrition Clinic.

Q.   How will I know if The Nutrition Clinic is right for me?

What is Membership?

Q.   How do I become a Member?

A.   It is very easy.  All Memberships are available for purchase online.  Simply click the big orange
            button at the top of this page that says "BECOME A MEMBER".  Scroll down to subscriptions and
            select your membership.  Sign up using your credit card and you're good to go!

Q.   How soon can I use my Membership after I sign up?

A.   Your Membership is activated immediately upon sign up.  You will receive an email from Acuity
            Scheduling confirming your membership with The Nutrition Clinic and it will also contain a blue
            link that says "SCHEDULE".  This link allows you to make all your future appointments online. 
            We recommend you scedule your first appointment immediately.

Q.   Are there any hidden fees?

A.   Thankfully, no. The price displayed on the website is the price available.  There are no joining,
            processing, booking, cancellation or administration fees.

Q.   Can I put my membership on hold?

A.   Sorry, no.  We have priced Memberships at a deliberately super low fixed price point because a)
            We are committeed to giving the best to members for the least and b) We want to amaze you as
            we make this unquestionably the best investment you have ever made in yourself.

Q.   How hard is it to cancel?

A.   We can help you with that or you can do it yourself at the click of a button.  Just click cancel 
            membership when you log into your Acuity Scheduling account. You will be able to use your
            membership until the end of your current billing period.

Q.   Does the Membership fee change over time?

A.   Your Membership fee will remain consistent from one month to the next.  We of course reserve
            the right to adjust the monthly fees every once in a while. However we will not change your fees
            during your Membership.  Our web price for new Members is definitely subject to change.
